Courses for High School Credit
Courses taken in middle school that qualify for high school credit will be assigned a grade of 'G'
on the high school transcript as long as the student earns a grade of 'D-' or higher in the
respective course. If the student does not pass the course, no grade will appear on their high
school transcript. It's important to note that marking period letter grades will still be included on
report cards as usual. Grades earned in middle school will not factor into calculating the student's
Grade Point Average (GPA).
